Restoration work complete to these existing stained glass windows. The central triptych window was installed in the church in 1879 in memory of Archibald Montgomery who lost his life in the avalanche disaster on 11 September 1877. With its center piece illustrating the Ascension, this window was considered in 1879 to be “one of the best of it’s kind in the island.
